- A cast-iron toe hook with a very high safety margin, a minimum toe height of 0.6″ and an anti-slip pad on the load surface. (1)
- The toe hook can be height-adjusted according to the lifting point. This is a time and money saving feature for the user: with a minimum of strokes the load is up and the dollies are underneath (2)
- Swivel feet allowing to position the jack as close as possible towards the load (access in close quarters) and preventing from tipping and slipping. (3)
- The full load capacity on the top plate. (4)
- A coupling adaptor for remote operation of two or more jacks with a pump. (5)
The GKS Safety Toe
For our standard jacks, we use a cast-iron toe hook with a very high safety margin.
This enables us, to reduce the toe height to a minimum, which is - from a user’s standpoint -practical in use.
So our jack with 11,000 lbs. (5 tons) lifting capacity has an extremely low toe height of 0.6″ only.
The minimum lifting height of our 22,000 lbs. (10 tons) jack starts at 1″.
The toe hook has an anti-slip pad on the surface for highest possible friction with the load.
The toe hook can be height-adjusted according to the required lifting point.
A peg on the back side of the toe hook secures the correct positioning of the toe. This increases the safety and simplifies the usage.

GKS Toe Jacks are designed to reach the highest level of safety, stability and rigidity, easy handling, versatility and durability.
We manufacture unique lifting equipment, that uses its own hydraulic unit, so an operator is independent from any power source, regardless where he is. The robustness of its design ensures a long lifetime and a reliable operational readiness under any circumstances, be it in the factory or outside under rough conditions. A key safety factor is our cast-iron toe hook, which guarantees the highest safety level and a minimum lifting height combined. The stroke of the jacks matches with the loading height of our GKS dollies. So with a minimum of strokes you can lift the load and put the dollies underneath. Our line of jacks covers toe jacks, remote jacks, forklift jacks and special purpose jacks with a single capacity up to 66,000 lbs (30 tons).
GKS jacks are ANSI/ASME approved.
